Two 15-minute sounding board calls per month
A quick, private call whenever you need to think something through – a suburb, a decision, a question that’s been sitting with you.

Priority onboarding to Shepherd’s Way
When you’re ready to move from watching to buying, you’ll move straight to the front of the line for Priority Representation – no re-briefing, no starting over.

Your investment

Onboarding: $500
Ongoing: $150 per month

Should you move to Shepherd’s Way for Priority Representation, your $500 onboarding fee will be credited in full towards your Priority Representation fee.
