NEW ABODE: LENAH VALLEY

We engaged Jasmin and Kafka in late October, within two weeks they had sent us a property that matched exactly what we were looking for. Kafka went to the property on our behalf and took over a hundred photos of the property and provided her thoughts on location, build-quality, and liveability. Time was short though – we received a call from Jasmin around 8pm one night advising us the property owners had received a strong offer and the home would be shown the next day for the final time. We booked a flight for 6am and arrived in Hobart exhausted but excited”.
Jasmin dropped everything for us and met us at the property to guide us through with the selling agent. This provided so much value for us, because we had someone with us who was not emotionally invested in the property and could provide an independent opinion on the home. We spoke with Jasmin over lunch and developed a gameplan to negotiate the property for a fair price. Jasmin stuck to the plan, and by the time we got off the plane in Sydney, we had just purchased our first home.
