I approached Shepherd because I know the Tasmanian market differs from the mainland in many respects, and because local knowledge is incredibly valuable. From the start it was evident Kafka was the perfect person to help me find what I was looking for. She knows the market, she knows the agents, and in one case stopped me making an expensive mistake.

Kafka secured that property for a good price against competition, and was with me through the settlement process. I thought looking for a home would have to be endured.
